Keep up to date with my professional network on Linked In I graduated in 2000 with a Bachelors in Computer Science. Since graduation, I have gained a wealth of experience, beginning out in Technical Support for Albany Software in the UK, and progressing on to a field installation engineer heading out to client sites to install and configure software packages, and provide training to clients. In 2004 I moved to New Zealand, took a 6 month career break, before beginning work for IBM in Wellington. I spent 3 years working in Support for Westpac Bank, Bank Trader Support, On site support for Heinz Watties, and for the final year on a project to build a new network for the New Zealand Government. In New Zealand, I began my Microsoft Training, became MCP, and MCSA certified. In 2007, I moved to Sydney Australia where I worked as an Intel Server Support Engineer supporting a fleet of over 3000 Windows Servers including critical systems such as Trading Platforms and Internet Banking. In 2008, I completed my Windows 2003 MCSE and attended further study in Windows 2003 Clustering. In 2010, I progressed into a leadership role within IBM, leading the Intel Server team. I have gained my ITIL Foundation Certification, and have also gained my Windows 2008 Technology Specialist Certification. I have also recently gained IBM IT Specialist Certification and have also been certified by the Opengroup.
